George manages to get the pilot back on, but for less money. Elaine enlists the help of Kramer to pretend to be dating Elaine so that Doc Reston will "cease and desist". Elaine starts dating Crazy Joe Davola and Jerry tries to buy the watch back from Uncle Leo and meets Elmer Fudd.
Our Commentary
After a long "last week on Seinfeld" which showed more than just last week, and a nice OCB, we have the worse half of this 2 parter. Some great stuff with Kramer and Dr. Reston on the phone as well as at his office. Also, some beautiful stuff with George and Russell negotiating as well as Uncle Leo and Jerry's negotiations. We also have another oft quoted (by me and Adam [DAD: Adam and I]) scene of Seinfeld with Kramer and Doc Reston about decaf cappucino and that's strange. Hilarious. Crazy Joe D is back in action, starting up with Elaine, and Jerry gives it to George. A decent CCB closes up the ep. Overall a nice little episode. Adam - Yes.
