The character Crazy Joe Davola was introduced in 4:3 The Pitch. From that point on, he returned throughout Season 4 as a menace to Jerry, Elaine, and Kramer. Although Peter Crombie, who portrayed this insane character, only appeared during Season 4, his name resonates fear into the hearts of all Seinfeld fans.
He says that he's got a hair on his tongue and guess who put it there, you guessed it, Jerry. Crazy Joe, after learning of Jerry putting the kibosh on his NBC show, sets out to kill Jerry and all of his goons. After the incident with the dressing up as the tragic clown, much like Jerry, we don't see much of him anymore, until he of course tries to ruin Jerry's show by yelling out, much like John Wilkes Booth, death to all tryants.
Nevertheless there's one thing you better learn when it comes to Crazy Joe: If you put the hurt on him in any way he'll coldcock you and then put the kibosh on you!!!
