Mr. Morgan is a top guy in the Yankees organization. He's George's boss, but serves under Wilhelm and Big Stein. After Big Stein fires him for purposely going out of his way not to sign his b-day card, George gets his job. That job description has a lot more work to it, but not that much more pay.

MR. MORGAN: So George, what kind of promotional events are we talking about?
GEORGE: Well, I think we need more special days at the stadium, you know? Like, uh...Joe Pepitone Day. Or, uh...Jon Voight Day.
MR. MORGAN: Jon Voight? The actor? (Rubs his eyes wearily.) Uh, I make a motion that we have no more of these meetings that have been initiated by George Costanza.
GEORGE: I suppose if I had suggested Liam Neeson Day, you'd all be patting me on the back. - 6:8 The Mom and Pop Store

The character of Mr. Morgan was introduced in 6:3 The Pledge Drive as George's boss, but he was known as Executive at that moment until his return in 6:8 The Mom and Pop Store. Tom Wright will always be known as the lovable Morgan as well as a Secret Service Agent in various movies that I own on DVD.

Morgan's wife is suspicious of his massages when people wink @ them and has power over him to sleep on the couch. He sleeps late and misses work and Wilhelm doesn't like it, so he gets Elaine's dog-loving boyfriend, who also does NB, to wake him up, but fails to do so b/c of Elaine's feet. He thinks George is a racist and that he screws him over and over, but on the other hand, he's possibly his only friend @ the NYY.

After all of this information about this character is surveyed, one only need know that his name is M. Morgan.
