This episode which runs backwards in time has Kramer trying to outwish FDR so that he doesn't drop dead b/c of a snowball he threw at him 2 years ago. Jerry, George, and Elaine, as well as a gal named Nina go to India b/c Sue Ellen Mishke invited them for her wedding to a guy that Elaine used to date, also 2 years ago. Jerry set up George with Nina, under the condition that he never slept with her, but then does sleep with her, right before she meets George, making George really angry at Jerry.
Our Commentary
Just a brief warning: we watched this episode a while ago to say the least. This funny episode doesn't make my Top 50, but it's funny nonetheless. Great job on the whole backwards episode thing, Jerry being Kramer's girlfriend, Timberland's, Zubin and Usha, a cool viewing of Susan and a Kessler semiexplanation, and the great funny scene of Jerry and George on the plane. Overall, good episode. Adam - What did Susan do to her hair? I have no idea. I had no idea. - (In James Lipton's voice a la Will Ferrell on the Old School DVD.)

164."The Betrayal" (November 20, 1997)
SUMMARY Jerry, George, and Elaine go to India for a wedding. Jerry sleeps with the woman George is currently
seeing. Kramer is angry at Newman because he didn't use his birthday wish to save Kramer from FDR.
OF SPECIAL NOTE The scenes in this episode are shown from the "ending" to the "beginning." The Pinter
character is an obvious reference to playwright Harold Pinter, in whose love-triangle drama Betrayal presents its
story backwards through time.
