Episode 5: The Apartment

Episode #10; 2:5

Our Summary

Once again, Kramer is meaningless. The ep is all about Jerry and George outdoing each other in idiocy. Jerry tries to get Elaine an apartment above him, while George tries a wedding band to get chicks.

Our Commentary

OCB and CCB good. The back and forth between G and J about who's a bigger idiot is great. George is hilarious with his "my wife couldn't make it today." Kramer is good throughout ep, especially opening his big mouth, but ruins himself at the end. Jerry is great with his baiting. This ep, the first non-LD ep, and first Pete Mehlman ep is great job, by Pete to continue JS and LD's humor in the right direction. Also, Tommy C (Tom Cherones, Director) was doing a much better job each ep and I thought he gave up on his close ups, but did one of Elaine, where he should've been fired on the spot. Adam - Pretty good ep. Kramer was a little better. Some staunch performances and the "Hello Yerry" gets me going.
