Episode 2: The Pony Remark

Episode #7; 2:2

Our Summary

The focus here is on Jerry. Jerry kills his distant relative Manya, who makes it rain during her funeral so Jerry won't miss the softball game, but still screws him over by making him have the worst game in his life which is described by Elaine and George. George, Elaine, and Kramer are pretty unimportant.

Our Commentary

OCB nice, funny stuff. We have good ole Barney here with his Harry Flemings, beltless trenchcoats, and everpresent cheapness. Kramer does his levels bit perfectly copied by TV Kramer in 4:23 The Pilot Part 1 and is funny with the losing of the bet, but still misses the mark. We have the classic pony bit with some great LD writing about death and the afterlife. Somehow George is only in this episode for the first three seconds yet he does a good job. Finally we have Uncle Leo and Cousin Jeffrey at their usual level of brilliance. Overall Adam gives it one thumb up, but still wishes death upon Kramer although it has been the best Kramer performance yet.
