Street Toughs

They're Not Very Nice

Bob and Cedric or should I say Ray, are extremely tough cookies. If you confront Cedric, Bob, his lover and confidant, will step in with an emphatic "who was you talking to?!?!" Although they don't appear until Season Seven, and only appear in three episodes, they are two of the funniest characters in all of Seinfeld and are hugely responsible for catapulting these eps into some of the funniest in Seinfeld.

"Now look, I just have one thing to say to you boys. MAMA!!!"
- Kramer 9:20 The Puerto Rican Day

The characters of the Street Toughs, namely Cedric and Bob (Ray), [see Errors below], were introduced in 7:6 The Soup Nazi and were portrayed by Yul Vazquez as Bob and John Paragon as Ray.

If you ever run into these Street Toughs, you should know that not wearing an AIDS ribbon is grounds for a beating as harsh as 10 year olds who take Karatay. They both love antique armoirs, and don't care if it belongs to someone, because once they just pick it up, it's theirs. They always know what day it is, and will estomp you if you don't.

All you need know about these boys is that once you get on their bad side, you better run and scream like a girl.
