Next up on the east side, somewhere outside of civilization, was 55th Street. Why this particular cross section of Manhattan? Simple. An insignificant character by the name of Buckles, who advises people to stay out of the sun, told the cab that he and Jerry was taking, to take 55th Street, even though it was a Saturday night when there was theater traffic, as Jerry knew correctly, even though I think 55th is far away enough from the theaters, but maybe I'm wrong.
